We'll offer just one class, the 10 am FLOW, on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. All other classes will continue as usual.
WINTER SCHEDULE UPDATE
As is our custom, we reevaluate, and on occasion amend, our class schedule at the change of season. Here are some shifts to note: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am classes will be taught in the POWER format. Tuesday afternoon ENGAGE & FLOW will be offered every other week. We'll have a Monday morning 8:45 am POWER class, just for the month of January. Yoga nidra will shift from some Wednesdays to the fourth Friday - details on that below.

EVENING YOGA NIDRA CLASSES - FOURTH FRIDAYS
Find Kathi on Friday evenings at 6:15 pm for these forty-five minute, monthly sessions. As always, you're welcome to bring anything you'd like to make yourself comfortable for this time of intentional stillness. These classes are free, and no pre-registration is needed.
PRENATAL PRACTICE - PRIVATE CLASSES
Care for your body as you practice and focus on the growing relationship between mom and baby. Partners are welcome. The practice is not necessarily "restorative," but cued with an eye toward supporting mommas in any stage of pregnancy in a yoga practice that can help them cultivate strength and calm. We offer private prenatal yoga classes for expectant mamas for $30. Available times are Wednesdays at 11:15 am, Thursdays at 4:30 pm, and Saturdays at 8:30am. SUNDAY GIVE
Our Sunday morning $5 GIVE classes meet in the studio at 11 am, led by a rotation of Firefly teachers. Your donations each quarter benefit a usually-local charitable organization. This quarter, your donations are supporting The Nurture Place. The Nurture Place is an innovative mental health and family support center with a mission to make trauma-informed resources accessible to every family. Visit their website to learn more about their work. We are so grateful for your support of our classes that help us share your kindness and generosity.
OUR ORLANDO CLASS AT FUMC ORLANDO
Even though our building is in Ocoee, we love to share yoga downtown and are so excited to be able to do that! We are grateful to offer classes in a beautiful, magical space! Monday night classes are offered at First United Methodist Church Orlando at 142 East Jackson Street at 6:30 pm. We practice in the third-floor gym with an incredible view of downtown. Free parking is available in the garage under the church off of Jackson. Just take the elevator up and walk straight out into the gym. Class is all-levels and donation-based. Please be sure to bring your own mat. We sometimes practice on the second floor roof! Look for us there if you don't see us in the gym.
COLLEGE PARK LOCATION - IT WAS A GREAT TIME FOR THE TIME
We had a wonderful summer at our College Park location. It has been a joy to welcome and serve yogis in Orlando, and we have shared so many sweet moments. It has also been a great time for Flow Haus! It's been so great, in fact, that they have decided to fully expand into all of the days of the week in that space. This is a surprise for us, but we are excited for the Flow Haus team. Any packages that College Park students have purchased will be honored by Flow Haus - if you've bought one and would like to continue practicing there. If any student would rather not for any reason, Firefly will certainly issue a refund. You can use our Contact Us page to initiate that process or if you have any questions about it. We are now back at home in Ocoee. As positive as we want to keep this announcement, it would not be complete without an apology. We've gone down a path that we didn't know would end so soon and are sorry for the implications of that that have any effect on you. That said, it has been a beautiful short season, and we trust that all is unfolding as it should.
