NEW COLLEGE PARK LOCATION

Our new space in Orlando is ready!  We begin there on April 1st!  We will share space with Flow Haus Yoga, and we will host our classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.  The address is 1321 Edgewater Drive.  See the College Park Schedule page to see when we'll have classes there!


EVENING YOGA NIDRA CLASSES

Beginning on April 16th, you'll be able to find Brandi every third Wednesday night for these hour-long sessions.  As always, you're welcome to bring anything you'd like to make yourself comfortable for this time of intentional stillness.  Regular class rates apply, and no pre-registration is needed.


FOURTH FRIDAY YOGA NIDRA CLASSES

Kathi will guide another spring series!  Join her for 30 minutes of guided "yogic sleep" from 9:15-9:45 on the fourth Friday morning each month - March 28th, April 25th, and May 23rd.  These sessions are free, and there's no need to sign up.


FIREFLY GEAR 
We've had lots of requests for Firefly shirts and tanks, and they are available to purchase through the firefly gear tab (down and to the left).  Follow the link to learn more and to order in your size and chosen color, and have it delivered to your door.


SUNDAY GIVE 
Our Sunday morning $5 GIVE classes meet in the studio at 11 am, led by a rotation of Firefly teachers.  Your donations each quarter benefit a usually-local charitable organization.  This time, your donations support the Finley Project®.  They offer compassionate support to mothers grieving infant loss, providing empathy, understanding, and tangible assistance to help them find comfort and strength through their healing journey. We are so grateful for your support of our classes that help us share your kindness and generosity. 

OUR ORLANDO CLASS AT FUMC ORLANDO
Even though our building is in Ocoee, we love to share yoga downtown and are so excited to be able to do that!  We are grateful to offer classes in a beautiful, magical space!  Monday night classes are offered at First United Methodist Church Orlando at 142 East Jackson Street at 6:30 pm.  We practice in the third-floor gym with an incredible view of downtown.  Free parking is available in the garage under the church off of Jackson.  Just take the elevator up and walk straight out into the gym.  Class is all-levels and donation-based.  Please be sure to bring your own mat.  As the weather has been nice lately, we sometimes practice on the second floor roof!  Look for us there if you don't see us in the gym.  


PRENATAL/GENTLE YOGA 
On Saturday mornings at 8:30 we offer yoga for expecting mamas.  Connect with community and care for your body as you practice and focus on the growing relationship between mom and baby.  We are happy to welcome partners or other yogis in our community who would enjoy a gentle Saturday morning class.  The practice is not necessarily "restorative," but will be cued with an eye toward supporting mommas in any stage of pregnancy in a yoga practice that can help them cultivate strength and calm.

Please bring your own mat to practice if you can!  Join us in-person ONLY if you’re feeling 100%!  If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of any kind - fever, sore throat, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, etc. – we will love to welcome you WHEN YOU FEEL BETTER!  We want to SHARE LOVE NOT GERMS!
